Initiate Your Return
Log into your HAC account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
